Wayne Fleenor
D. Wayne Fleenor has more than two decades of extensive and varied public and private sector experience in government relations, public policy and corporate management. Mr. Fleenor served as government relations manager for the city of San Antonio. He also served as regulatory affairs and public policy manager for TXU Corp., headquartered in Dallas, and has been recognized for his strong knowledge of utility deregulation issues. Mr. Fleenor served as a director and legislative committee chairman for the Texas Economic Development Council. He holds a master’s degree in public administration and a bachelor’s degree in political science.
